  In December 2010, I was charged with several differnt things after being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I had never been in trouble in my life, and to say i was scared was an understatement. The court appointed Ms. Laura Petty to my case. I thank them and God for that decision every day. From the very moment I met her, I knew I was in good hands. Ms. Petty not only took the time to listen to every word I said, but she also explained in detail anything I had fears about, things I didnt understand and was adamant when she told me if i was patient, and just gave her some time, she would get the charges against me dropped. For the next 14 months, Ms. Petty stood by me at every court appearence, (even when I wasnt able to be at some due to unexpected major surgery), she kept the courts informed on my behalf ( keeping me out of further trouble), continuously calling me to check on me and keep me updated with my case, and always, always reassuring me whenever I needed it. From day one, Ms. Petty stood by me with my best interest in mind. She believed in me and my innocence, was unbelievably organized and professional, and at the same time dedicated and compassionate. And at the end of the !4 months, Ms. Petty did EXACTLY what she assured me from day one she would do....she got the charges against me dropped. I only wish I could show her how grateful I am to her. Not only as my attorney, but as a geniune and compassionate human being. She helped me through some of the MOST difficult times of my life, both professionally and personally.   At certain times, it is extremely important to have a knowledgeable adviser. You need a lawyer very familiar with your court system, who is well thought of there, bright, and is a perfect strategist. This is Bob Warshawski. He is a superb counselor, and it will be the best decision you ever make to just follow his lead. He seems to love his profession, and is doing it in the most straightforward, professional manner. Our case was handled flawlessly, because of his meticulous nature, and his outstanding staff. I believe we received the very best possible result because of his experience.
