  All I can say is WOW, I have had a refinance done before and it was the most miserable experience ever, Michael went the extra mile to make sure that this experience was perfect, my husband and I have an older home that we wanted to refinance and we knew it was going to need some work done to get it to pass the VA inspection standards. So going into this transaction we knew there was the potential that we would not be able to obtain the loan we wanted. We received a phone call or an email every step of the way to let us know how things were going. There were so many pieces of this puzzle to put together and Michael made sure that no detail was left out. We are so thrilled we closed our loan this morning and never thought we could get here but Michael made it happen. Thank you Michael, Stacy and all the friendly staff at Big Valley Mortgage!   Micheal O'Rouke is honest, caring, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He always sits down with the customer and interviews them to find out which loan will work the best for them. I also love the fact that he closes loans on time. That is so important to me as a Realtor that I can depend upon him to get the loan closed so that the buyer is not homeless and the seller can close on their new home with the proceeds from the sale on time. He makes the client happy, and happy clients are the core of our solid business.
