  I called Vitek when my husband and I decided to refi our home. We were skeptical with the process until we talked to Lori. Not only did she put us at ease with her professionalism and knowledge but she is so nice! She was able lower our payment AND we got cash out to pay off other debt! If that wasn't enough, about 9 months later she called me to tell me of another offer. She knew that my husband is an Army veteran and there was a VA program that could save us even more money! We refinanced again and now our payment is $200 less per month and our interest rate went down 1%. Since our first experience with Lori, I have recommended several friends and a family member to her. She has continued to prove that she is more than worthy of my recommendation. My mom was able to buy her first home thanks to Lori. She makes the process stress free and easy.   We worked with Lori Cooley who stepped in on a Sunday morning to help us make our offer whole! I work with Lyon Real Estate in Roseville and helped my clients find their ideal home. My clients were already working with a lender who had run some numbers but, told them to find a house and then he would furnish a letter of approval 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Well...when the rubber met the road and we needed that lenders help he simply told us "that he does not work weekends and would be happy to get something together Monday morning". My clients and I both knew that if we did not act fast in this market we would not get the house that they loved. I reached out to Lori on a Sunday morning in hopes that she could put something together for us in order to make a credible offer. Lori went above and beyond that expectation! She compiled all of the docs and ran some numbers in order to ensure that if she was going to write a letter of approval it had some weight to it!
